Our family has gone through quite a bit in the past few months! Let's start with the pregnany!
We found out that we are having a little girl!! We are naming her Jocelyn BreAnn!! We chose Jocelyn because we needed a name that was equally unique as Taegan, and we just absolutely love this name!! BreAnn is a combination of Stephen's mother, Brenda, and one of my mother's middle names, Ann. This would be the reason why it is spelled the way it is, and the reason of the random capital "A" in the middle! Her name could not fit her any better, Jocelyn means light hearted, playful, and BreAnn means Strong! She is most definitely playful even in my belly! haha But mostly she is so so strong. When we went to find out the sex, we were told that whe has two holes in her little heart that would hopefully close before she is born. God has blessed us so much with her! According to ultrasounds they have closed, and her heart is doing perfect. We were also told that day that we would have lost her if I would hae come just a couple days later. My cervix was almost to the point of opening, and was way too thin! I immediately got put into the hospital, had to have an amnio done to make sure there were no infections, and had surgery to stich my cervix the very next morning. We thank God for everything about Jocelyn! IT has been nothing but him working in our lives, and saving our precious daughter! She truely is a blessing already, and we can not wait to meet her in January or February!
Steve was finally able to get through the with all his active duty Army processing, and we are now stationed in Fort Benning, GA! Steve has been here since October 6th, but Taegan and I just moved here two days ago. trying to get housing, and our furniture moved here took way longer than we thought, but everything happens for a reason! We are living on post in a brand new town home. It is beautiful, we couldn't have asked for anything better!! Taegan seems to really like it here, and our families are happy that we are happy! Of course that does not mean they are happy about us being 5 hours away, but we will be back to visist at least twice a month. :) I think that's about all for now!
